Personal finance: it is related to family issues or in cases of future events. It can also be a kind of saving to buy a home, for education.

Public finance: it describes a long term investment in the public domain such as schools, agencies and state finance systems.

Corporate finance: it includes investment in the stock market and hopes to increase its price over a passing period of time.
